Shipping and Returns

Coffee Club places the highest priority on getting you fresh product in a timely manner.

In order to make sure you receive your coffee at its freshest, we package and ship your coffee within 5 business days of ordering from the roaster. Your coffee will arrive at your door in under 7 business days from when it was shipped. You will receive any Coffee Club box or package via Canada Post right to your home or mailbox.

If you have not received your box 2 weeks after that month’s subscription close date, please contact us at trainer@gocoffeeclubgo.com.

Domestic Shipping

Currently Coffee Club ships anywhere within Canada. Shipping cost for coffee box subscriptions is included in the price. Shipping cost for other products is calculated based on your shipping address.

International Shipping

We don’t offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.

Returns or Exchange

Once a box has been paid for and processed the order does not qualify for return or exchange. If you would like to adjust an order prior to receiving an order confirmation, please contact us at trainer@gocoffeeclubgo.com.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product please contact us at trainer@gocoffeeclubgo.com with your order number in the ‘Subject’ line and an attached photograph of your issue. We will ensure you are helped promptly.
